Terms and Conditions for Motorcycle Rental
- Conditions for Motorcycle Rental
1.1. The motorcycle rental provider will hand over the motorcycle to the renter only after the following conditions have been fulfilled:
- Payment of the deposit for the reservation in the amount of 50%
- Early payment of the remaining rental fees via bank transfer or on-site
- Presentation of a valid ID card and driver’s license of the renter
- Conducting an orientation by the rental provider for the use of the motorcycle
- Payment of the security deposit to the rental provider
1.2. The handover of the rented motorcycle can only take place during the working hours of the respective rental station. If the handover or return takes place on the weekend or outside working hours, an additional flat fee of €50 will be charged. Working hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
1.3. A security deposit ranging from €650 to €1,500 must be provided at the time of rental. The amount of the deductible for accidents or falls on paved public roads in the country is also between €650 and €1,500, depending on the specific motorcycle model. The security deposit (deductible) for each motorcycle is clearly stated on the website.
1.4. Use of the motorcycle with two people: If the rented motorcycle is used by two people, the wear on the chain, brakes, engine, etc. will increase due to the additional weight of the passenger and luggage. For this reason, a surcharge of 18% will be added to the regular rental price. This surcharge covers the increased wear costs.
- Insurance, Obligations, and Liability of the Rental Provider
2.1. Liability insurance for the motorcycle can be purchased separately, but only for trips on paved roads. Insurance for off-road (dirt or gravel) riding is legally excluded in Georgia. The deductible (security deposit) in case of insurance claims is between €650 and €1,500, depending on the motorcycle model. The amount of the deductible is specified for each rental motorcycle in the payment terms on the website.
2.2. The rental provider will hand over the motorcycle in flawless, clean, and roadworthy condition with undamaged seals on various components. Additionally, the renter will receive the onboard tools. Pre-existing damage will only be acknowledged if it has been documented in the handover protocol or recorded in a photo or video report at the time of handover.
2.3. The rental provider’s liability for non-fulfillment or delays is limited to the rental fee amount. Further claims, regardless of their legal basis, are excluded.
2.4. All other matters related to the rental of motorcycles will be governed according to the legislation of the Republic of Georgia.
- Obligations and Liability of the Renter
3.1. The renter is obligated to handle the motorcycle with care and to follow the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions. This includes regular checks of tire pressure, coolant levels, and oil levels. The renter is also responsible for lubricating and correctly tensioning the drive chain as well as for minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing fuses. If the renter is unable to meet the technical requirements, it is recommended to book technical assistance from a mechanic.
3.2. Depending on the model, the motorcycles may not be suitable for all routes or regions. For example, if the renter uses a street motorcycle off paved roads, the rental provider reserves the right to disable the motorcycle via GPS device without refunding the remaining rental fees or security deposit and to retrieve the motorcycle. In the case of damages on unsuitable routes, the renter is fully liable and must immediately pay compensation.
3.3. The rented motorcycle may only be used for the agreed purposes and on suitable road surfaces. Motorcycles with a luggage system may only be used on asphalt and light gravel roads. Without a luggage system, they can be used on suitable unpaved roads. Luggage systems are not included in the rental and must be booked separately. It is prohibited to transfer the motorcycle to third parties, use it for tests, participate in motorsport events, or perform stunts (e.g., wheelies). The motorcycle is strictly for tourist purposes. Other prohibitions include transporting goods or hazardous materials, overloading the motorcycle, and using unsuitable transport vehicles.
3.4. Changes to the motorcycle settings may only be made during handover and by the rental provider’s team.
3.5. Crossing borders to other countries is only permitted with prior consent and authorization from the rental provider and a corresponding insurance valid in the other country. The renter is fully responsible for any damages, falls, accidents, or the return transport of the motorcycle.
3.6. The renter is responsible for complying with traffic regulations. The renter is liable for fines and liability cases arising during the use of the motorcycle in Georgia or other countries, as well as for the full or partial loss of the motorcycle. In case of an accident under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, the rental provider reserves the right to demand 100% compensation for damages and rental losses.
3.7. The motorcycle must be returned in its original condition as per the handover protocol. The renter is obligated to actively participate in the return process and report any damages caused. If the renter fails to report damages, the rental provider reserves the right to withhold the entire security deposit. The fuel level must correspond to the level at handover. The renter is responsible for cleaning the motorcycle. If cleaning is insufficient, the rental provider will charge €20 for cleaning.
3.8. In case of late return of the motorcycle, the renter will incur additional charges for kilometers driven (€0.30/km) and extra days. The rental fee will be calculated according to the current rates. The rental agreement does not automatically renew.
3.9. The calculation of driven kilometers will be based (unless free kilometers have been agreed) on the sealed odometer. The renter must immediately inform the rental provider of any defects or damages to the odometer. The odometer reading will be recorded in the handover protocol. The daily mileage fee for each motorcycle is stated on the website.
- Breakdown or Failure of the Rented Motorcycle
4.1. If the rented motorcycle breaks down or has a failure that interrupts the ride or compromises safety on the road, the renter must immediately contact the rental provider. The renter may only make decisions regarding repairs or exchange of the motorcycle after obtaining consent from the rental provider. If the renter performs repairs themselves and causes further damage, the renter will also be responsible for these repairs, transport costs, and spare parts costs.
4.2. Damaged parts of the motorcycle will not be repaired or straightened but will be replaced with new parts. The prices for spare parts are based on online EU spare parts catalogs, plus transport and 18% customs duties. The replaced spare parts remain the property of the motorcycle rental provider and will not be handed over to the renter, as there is a legal depreciation obligation. In the case of electronic failures or battery issues due to the use of navigation/GPS devices, onboard equipment, or other accessories, the renter is responsible for the repair and service costs.
If during the rental there is uncontrollable coolant or oil loss resulting in a technical malfunction, the rental provider has 24 hours to resolve the issue or provide a replacement motorcycle. The lost rental time will be adjusted at the end of the rental period.
If during the rental, due to damage, there is uncontrollable coolant or oil loss that causes engine damage, the renter will bear the full repair costs. The rental provider is not obligated to replace the motorcycle or provide a replacement motorcycle until payment for the damage is made.
If the motorcycle is damaged or has a technical malfunction for which the renter is responsible, the renter will bear the repair costs and a mileage flat fee. Rates:

It is important to photograph all involved parties and damaged vehicles, collect contact details of the parties involved and witnesses, and remain calm.
